You will need: 6oz white choc 5oz milk choc 1/2 cup plus 2 tbps of double cream 1lb marscapone cheese 2oz confectioner's sugar 2tbs strong coffee liqueur, such as Tia Maria 12oz strong black coffee 18 lady fingers cocoa powder and choc shavings to dust Method: break the white choc and put in a heatproof bowl. Melt over a pan of simmering water. When the choc has melted, remove from heat and cool. Chop the milk choc. Whisk the cream into soft peaks. Mix the marscapone cheese and sugar until smooth and beat in the white chocolate and add the chopped milk choc. Fold in the cream. Pout the liqueur and coffee into a small bowl and dip half the lady fingers in the mixture and use to line a glass serving bowl. Cover the lady fingers with half the marscapone mixture, top with remaining lady fingers, followed by the remaining marscapone mixture. Chill the tiramisu for at least an hour and decorate with cocoa dust and chocolate shavings.
