ive boked to go on a 3 course 'authentic french meal' its a set menu but not been told what is on the menu - what do you think we will have?

i'm guessing maybe coquille st jacques or moules for starters, followed by either boeuf bourginnone or coq a vin. Pudding, trickier. Tarte au citron? Illes Flotante?
