does anyone know a recipe for sweet chilli dip without lime juice. i have lemon juice but would that be to acidic.

2 ounces white wine
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 pinch chili flakes
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons honey
salt
black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

put all of the ingredients except the cilantro into a saucepan and heat through for 5 minutes, then stir in cilantro.

Why not Google for 'sweet chilli dip recipe'? You'll find loads. BTW, Jack's cilantro (US) = coriander (UK).

i tried googling it but all the ones i found were with limes and if i typed without limesthen it ignored the without.
