Hi. I don't know if I am on the right page or not. I have just joined slimming world and I love porridge. I am allowed 28 grams but my measuring spoons are in millilitres. I am ashamed to say that I do not know how to convert grams into millilitres. Please can anybody help me?

According to my weights & measures list 28.35g = 1 ounce = 1 heaped tablespoon if that's any help.

buy some scales.....lol you will benifit long term

you cant convert very well as its 2 differnt things, weight and volume...

so, e,g. .....you cud have 28gms of feathers and it would fill more volume than 28gms of lead say.....

again, 28 gms of porrige is less than say 28 gms of jam

hope you get what im trying to say, im not very good at explaining....

Many thanks mrrobbo15. 5 minutes ago, I ordered some electronic scales from Argos. I do have some scales but they are rubbish. Hopefully the new ones will solve my problem..Thank you for the good luck message for Slimming World.
