1 large carton of single or double cream,( supermarket size), and both seem to work just as well.
1 tin of carnation condensed milk, not the evaporated it has to be the really thick sweet stuff.
1 small made up cup of strong black coffee, chilled.
( this can be to taste.
about half a pint pf spirit of you choice. I use either dark rum, whisky or brandy. they all work well.

Method
Mix together cream and condensed milk using whisk to conbine well.
add cooled coffee and spirit of your choice, mix again.
chill and serve poured over ice.

My friends and family think its yummy.hope you enjoy it
happy xmas love n stuff Trish x
