take one tin of tuna, half a pint of pouring seasoned white sauce (or make up a packet of onion or parsley sauce) and one onion chopped and fried till a little softened and still only pale gold. Stir together with lemon juice to taste, add a little garlic powder if you fancy it. Cook enough pasta for one or two people going easy on the salt if you have used a packet sauce mix. Put in a shallow oven proof dish and cover with the tuna mix. Sprinkle over the grated cheese of your choice (I like a cheddar/mozzarella mix ready grated) bung under the grill or in a med to hot oven till the cheese melts and bubbles. Serve with a side salad (plenty of tomatoes for me, actually you can serve this with thin slices of tomato and onion and leave out the greenstuff)and crusty bread. If you add more tuna and pasta, add more sauce... If you are broke, toss frozen peas or sweetcorn into the tuna mix, add extra onion, use loads more sauce and pasta and it will feed the 5,000
