At a restaurant recently I was served a horseradish and white onion soup as an amuse bouche (sp?), but can't seem to find a recipe - has anyone got one?

Sorry to be predictable but if you google Amuse Bouch (mouth amuser) you'll get the defintion and onion 7 horseradish produces quite a few recipes for different variations on the theme. Cheers, andy
