Nettles-what can i do with them?

Boil em in a little spring water, add a touch of butter or fat of your choosing - strain - lovely. Taste similar to Samphire/spinich. Other thing is to add them to your green smoothies (bananna, apple or mango and spring water as a base) for a super nutritious meal on-the-go!

On Great British Menu they made a syrup and put it with a tomatoe (sweet) panna cotta. It looked very jolly.
Have you thought of soup.
