Potato and cauliflower is Aloo Gobi and spinach and cheese is saag paneer.

By the way, if you ever visit Brighton, there's a wonderful Indian restaurant called A Taste Of India where they do both of these dishes and they're absolutely delicious!

Tesco do a aloo gobi which I found really tasty with just the right amount of spices and at a reasonable price.
