Laciate polish milk

I see this milk being sold in tesco's. Could someone tell me if it's normal milk or lactose free milk please? Not very fluent in polish i'm afraid.

Laciate milk is UHT milk, what we refer to as long life milk.I think it was known as evaporated milk when I was a mere lad (and we collected the milk in jugs !!)
It's ordinary milk but uht, lactate is a trade name
