chinese dumplings

has anyone tried chinese dumplings before? will you serve them with rice?

they are usually eaten for lunch - Dim Sum, on their own accompanied with a little saucer of sauce (hoi sin/plum/chilli) it is served with other snacky items please see the link below

yeah. they should be main food in my idea, but last night when i made it for tea, my bf insisted it should be served with rice. so after our meal, even he is filled by lots dumplings, he still had a slice of toast after which made him feel he had proper dinner!!!
