how can i tell the difference between strong flour and plain flour if they are side by side?

lol Funnygirl - that previous Q was asking for the difference between plain and self raising flours, not plain and strong flours.....
I have just taken a spoonful of each and laid them side by side on a dark coloured plate and tried to tell the difference.... nope, nothing, not even texture, taste or smell......
If I were you, I'd start again and keep the flours in their original packaging...... sorry !
