Hi jenjo
OH, you have reminded me of so many different foods abroad.
The bread you mention is delicious.
I am not sure what type it is, could it be a type of pitta?
Hope someone comes up with an answer.
Jenjo - It's called Lavash and is always served piping hot straightfrom the oven mmm.
