I've got the fresh mint and the spuds - what next?!

Boil some mint with the tat's...then make a mint sauce. yum.

Boil the potatoes with some mint added. Then melt some butter, season it and add some finely chopped mint and toss the potatoes in this mixture.

Add the mint towards the end of boiling the potatoes, otherwise all the mint flavour will boil off.

Make some potato salad! Mayonnaise and chop them up a bit. Have with salad and a BBQ! Bank holiday special.x
