Sounds like what we call Wagon Wheels - you'll find them on the biscuits aisle in supermarkets. You can get them with jam or caramel in too.
marks & spencer sell a tub of mini rocky road.
Starbucks!

Sims its totally different to a wagon wheel. Its like tiffin, marshmallow, crunchy biscuits, chunks of marshmallow, cherries and coconut in chocolate and cut into bars.
Not cheap, but available here.

Found in the independent newsagents such as RS McColl et al.
Macro does this in large tray - I think the brand name is the wicked biscuit company or something like that?
They sell them in my local Asda (Colchester) but I'm not sure if it's because they are made locally. They are made by the Wicked Cake Company and are just the best (trust me I've tried lots of different brands and nothing comes close)
Hotel Chocolat do big rocky road bars, can order online too!
make some! chocolate chopped, broken biscuits, small marshmallows from the supermarket bakin' section mixed with some good quality soft scoop voila
