I am making fajitas for four and was wondering apart from salad and rice what can go with these.

We Bongos usually make polenta fries to go with our fadges. Take a block of ready made polenta, cut into chunky chips, toss or spray in a little oil - perhaps with a sprinkling of cayenne pepper for a bit of extra zip, then onto a baking sheet and under a preheated grill (turning occasionally) until nice a brown and crispy.
The above sounds really tasty. Or maybe you could try noodles in a nice sauce??
refried beans

depending on how strong/spicy your fajita sauce is, i would tone down any sauce for the noodles - maybe just cook them & fry quickly in butter, garlic & splash of soy?? experiment - and hope for the best!!
Tortillas - pop them on a plate, cover with cheese, in the oven until the cheese melts and browns a little and serve with sour cream, salsa and guecomole (can't spell) and maybe some jalepenos. mmmmm
Rice? Rice? You are joking surely.

Homemade guacamole, sored cream and a real spicy salsa along with tortillas.
