Hi there,

Kangaroo meat can be marinated just like any red meat. Try a marined or olive oil, garlic and some red chillies (without the seeds). Put all in a freezer bag and marinade for at least 1 hour but best overnight.

The griddle ..... fab......

Stir fry is good too. Had it in a "mongolian" restaurant here. I will never look at Skippy in the same way again LOL
And yes I know... Kangaroo isn't exactly indigenous to that part of the world... but when it was that tasty who was I to argue?
