hey wts that old song. its kinda slow. at first it goes ....amaammammama..... witthout any music beats and then the guy goes something like ...sheowaaaaaa-selaliyaeaaaa- ..... the rythm stays at every end ....lelaieeleeeee.... I don't really think its in English cause I have no idea wat the words mean. PLEASE TELL ME IF ANYONE KNOWS THIS SONG!! ITS BEEN 5 YRS IVE BEEN LOOKING 4 IT AND WANT IT SO BADLY!

Any chance it maight be the ending to Sting's 'Desert Rose' featuring Cheb Mami who I believe is Algerian and he sings it in his native tongue. I am only going by your phonetics but it seems a close match.
