Do these mean two different types of pizza? Sometimes it comes with salami and peppers, sometimes just with salami. Does the name signify this? Or is it a matter of opinion? And which do you think is better? Personally, I'm a no-peppers man.

I was always under the impression that Pepperami refers to the thin, sausage shaped sticks of pepperoni that come in foil packets, though the two terms seem to be confused quite a lot these days.
Pepperoni: A spicy, robust orange and redish colored dry sausage.
Salami: Any of various highly spiced and salted sausages, made from beef or a mixture of pork and beef.
Pepperami: Not the generic name of a sausage but a made up product name for a snack similar to Pepperoni.
