bit tooooo raw lol..... but those deserts she makes? mmm mmmmmmmm......

What did you think of the olive wafers with the fennell desert?.... bit too The Fat Duck Restaurant for me lol.....
No. Lamb undercooked like that makes me heave.
i wouldnt eat any meat that has even the hint of pinkness to it never mind looking red, so i would of refused to eat it and in a restaurant i would have sent it back.
Probably - but maybe a bit too underdone. I like rare meat but that looked a bit much. In saying that, I wouldn't have eaten Steven's dandelions either!
Lovely, lovely puds though!

Who's Ruth ?
I would have happily eaten the lamb but I do think it was a tad undercooked even for rare meat people like me.
No way! It wasn't just undercooked, it was RAW. Not on in my book, same applies to Duck too. Beef on the other hand...well that's a bit different or is that being hypocritical?
Is it right you can eat lamb raw/rare/blue not sure of right name ? as with beef?
There was no way I would have eaten it even if it had been cooked properly. I can't stand lamb.!
I like my steak bloody but lamb needs to be a bit more pink - and her name was HANNAH, by the way, not Ruth (I know, I know; I'm a pedant). Some of the recipes for this series are now up on the web: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/tv_and_radio/masterc hef/recipesthree_index.shtml
nope it looked raw, hi crete
In my opinion, lamb, beef and duck should all be eaten rare or not at all.
