Transfering parents house into childs name

My parents have no mortgage on the house and would like to transfer it over into my name. What happens if they transfer it over then go into a nursing home within 5years of transferance?

Hi,

thanks for the answer. So if they go into a NH during the period of 7 years after transferring the government still take the money!
Government taking money out of us all ways.
I think that I will discuss the option of selling it for a small price.
Is there a website that explains the process of buying it off them. Sorry but this is all new ground to me.
