Yummy it's pancake day !! What are you all going to have in / with your pancakes later? Personally, I love pancakes and am going to have savoury ones with a lamb mince & a mild chutney followed by sweet pancakes with strawberries and cream - luscious, and I can't wait.

if you want something savoury but different, try making a lasagne but use pancakes instead of pasta sheets.

my kids used to love it.

and as for sweet ones.,...... golden syrup and lemon are my favourites..
