Chargrilled ones are generally done under a grill or on a barbeque until they start to blacken. Oven roast veg are as they say, roasted in the oven.
Yep, chargrilled are done so that they blacken. They are particularly good done in a griddle pan.

Roasted are done as you would a roast potato, brush liberally with oil, pop in a roasting tin and place in a preheated oven.
