Are you referring to the sauce in the Big Macs?

If that's the case then it'll be Thousand Island sauce. In basic form you could make it from ketchup, mayo and chopped onion.

Or you could buy it as a dressing straight from the supermarket.

you can buy it from all major shops

I believe its Hellmans who make it and is known as Burger Sauce (its in a blue bottle)

If you want it to taste the same as McD's chop gherkin/onion into it.
