I used to have a lovely recipe for sliced oranges (or whole, peeled clementines) in a lovely caramel sauce (with a hint of brandy) - but I've lost it!! Does anyone have a recipe I could try please! Ta everso....

This recipe doesn't mention brandy but you could always add some anyway:
