As slo-cookers are making a come back, there are lots of books appearing with recipes for anything and everything, meat, fish, vegetable....One that I have is `New Recipes for your Slo-Cooker by Annette Yates. It`s 9.99 in paper back, but you might be able to borrow it or something similar from the library before you pay up!

Sorry to be pedantic but if your husband eats fish then he is not a vegetarian ! Check out the Vegetarian Society's stance on this here

Thanks for your answers. I know true vegetarians don't eat fish but plenty do. They also wear leather shoes but its difficult enough to live with without encouraging him to be even more picky. To tell the truth I am not a great meat eater really but do enjoy chicken and lots of things with mince in like lasagne, spag bog, chilli etc so i couldn't give it up completely.
