It is a common vinegar - have you checked your local supermarket?
OR - here is the recipe for the Raspberry Vinegar - maybe if you substitute Blackberries it makes that kind:
Raspberry Vinegar
INGREDIENTS
448 g white wine vinegar
125 g fresh raspberries
DIRECTIONS
Rinse and drain the raspberries and pour into a large glass bottle. Pour in the vinegar, tightly cover the container, and let sit in a cool dark place for two weeks before using.
