Yes, no problem, just make sure they are reheated right through. Depending on the type of lentil, you may need to add more water (red lentils for example turn into a sort of pur�e when cooked and almost solidify on cooling). I often cook a large batch of pulses (red kidney beans, chick peas, green puy lentils etc) and then use them over the course of a couple of days in different dishes (curries, stews, casseroles, pat�s etc), keeping them in the fridge in between.
I've made dal before and when you reheat it it goes rather thick and almost eggy-tasting.
