Has anyone got any ideas for halloween party nibbles? Also any creepy looking cocktail recipes would be greatly appreciated! (I've already got the black vodka in!)

Bloody Marys? Or how about a bubbling cauldron of mulled wine?
I am also catering for a halloween party and found a brilliant (if a little gross) recipe.
Using a clean roasting tray, layer the bottom with crushed unsalted nuts.
Either buy some chocolate truffles or make your own (the recipe is quite simple) and lay over the nuts.
Place on the table with a toy black cat and serve with a clean litter scoop.
A voila, your very own Witch's Cat treats!
black vodka! wow! someone care to enlighten me? is it ridiculously expensive or can you get a cheap-4-tesco-sh*t version of it haha!??
This month's Good Food magazine has a section on food for Halloween parties, as well as looking the part the recipes spond as though they'll taste nice too
Whoops, sound nice. i am typing in the dark after two large glasses of wine
i have made finger cookies before and i think that all they were were sugar cookies baked in the shape of a finger with an almond sliver (painted red with food dye paste) for the nail. They are really easy to do and are gross looking. Also try www.kraftcanada.com as it often has fun recipies.
As far as drinks go: I have always wanted to try making a Hot Zombie, but am not brave enough... it is 2oz glod rum,1 oz of each dark rum, 151 proof rum and orange curacao, lemon juice, orange juice. A few drops of grenadine and Pernod. Hot tea. Mix everything but the 151 proof together. Ignite the 151 in a ladel and pour dramatically into drink. Extinguish and stir well. Thrilling but frightening.
There is an undertakers cocktail as well and it is just 3/4 oz each vodka and gin and 1 oz cream served in a martini glass.
If it is a large party then make sangrea or other punch and peel some grapes and throw them in. Make up some inventive name... Vampire pee if you use red wine... whatever. You could serve everyone's drink in hollowed out pumpkins depending on party size.
