Does anybody know where I can purchase it from?
I used to be able to buy it from supermarkets, but it seems to have vanished!

Just get fresh cream and freeze it yourself!

Good idea, but not quite what I was after.
The frozen cream I was enquiring about was double cream that was frozen into sticks. It was perfect to using when just a small amount of double cream is required.
