What food/drink will help ease nausea?

Ginger is your best bet, whether it's biscuits, ginger tea, cake etc, it's great for getting rid of all varieties of nausea be it morning sickness, hangover or just general sickness.
Or if you don't like ginger, try peppermint tea - just don't make it too strong. Good luck
Somebody has beaten me to it in suggesting peppermint tea, but peppermint oil (available from health food shops) is also very good. It's extremely strong, so just a couple of drops in a small amount of hot water is very calming on the stomach, if it's a queasy stomach is making you feel sick.
