How about roast field mushroom topped with whatever kind of cheese you like eg. brie and melted, drizzled with olive oil, served with green beans and maybe some rice cooked with plenty of fresh herbs. Or a veggie noodle stir fry with beanshoots, mushroom, pak choi and baby corn and soy sauce.
