Are you just trying to make a butter cream filling.
Iv`e found your recipe now, (america) Is it cookies you are sandwiching together. We just use the butter and sugar creamed together with the vanilla essence. If you add egg white or cream it wont hold as the mixture will be too soft. Hope this helps.
Tesco's sell it, its down the baking isle i think and its in a jar,and its called FLUFF!! Its gorge!!
I actually spotted it in my local tesco yesterday as it was on offer!! Never heard of it before and now 2nd day in a row I hear about it!!

Good luck with the recipe, let us know how it goes.

well, i tried to just make a buttercream with the ingredients: powdered sugar, vanilla and butter. it went well. my classmates liked it but my teacher suggested that i use whipped cream or make a ganache. it's because the buttercream didn't go well with the cookies i made. i mean it did go well but it's so sweeeeeeet.
thanks for the replies, by the way.
