hi crrisgal,, do you have either mint or rosemary ? Dried can be made into a sauce or fresh just served with the lamb. I hate it when that happens . X

Sorry, too late for this dinner crisgal,

but Redcurrant Jelly/sauce, Cumberland sauce, some chutneys go quite well, home made onion sauce (usually with roast lamb).
