I have a lady friend who has two children boy and girl ages 13 & 17 respectively.
She has no contact with the childrens father.
The daughter, after a series of blazing rows has decided to leave the home and to go and reside with her exes grand-parents.
Is my friend legally obliged to pay any contribution towards her daughters upkeep at the grand-parents?
She has not been forced to leave, she is walking out of her own accord.

Thanx.
Midd.
