Restaurants/Pubs in the East Midlands

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a really nice pub/restaurant in or around the East Midlands (within 50 miles or so of Nottingham). Ideally, it will have AA Rosettes or even a Michelin Star and be in a nice area where you could go walking/similar over Easter. Thanks

The Red Lion at Stathern is absolutely excellent, it has a Michelin Bib Gourmand. I've been there several times and it's fantastic, a non-snobby gastro pub. You should probably book as it's extremely popular and has received some perfect reviews recently in the national press. The owners are lovely - wish I was going there tonight! Enjoy!
