Not for me.

They could invent self-spreading marmite, I still wouldn't touch the stuff...

i once won a years supply of marmite in a competition!!

they sent me ONE jar!! .. :)

On a similar note . The new squeezable sauce satches are a lot easier to use . Instead of trying to rip a corner off and ending up with the sauce all over your hands/shirt etc . you just break the lug off and presto!

I havent seen this muncy, and although I love it on toast I think it would look really icky coming out of a squeezy bottle.

lol at stevie-p, cheapskates or what?

squeezable butter would also be great
But part of the fun with Marmite is firstly, tryng to get the lid off, and then trying to spread it without a) getting butter in the jar or b) driping it all down the side of the jar.
And then having to lick/ wipe it from your hands, fingers, arm, nose, eyebrows, knife handle or wherever else you have managed to stick it.
I haven't seen this marvellous invention yet. Which supermarket did you buy it from? Will look out for it as our Marmite jar lid always gets sticky and yucky after a while.
speaking of squeezy bottles....the newest type of sqeezy ketchup bottle is rubbish! You know the upside down one?! It says on the bottle 'less mess' or something like that but its far worse! when you squeeze it the ketchup comes out slightly higher than you expect it too at the rate of a bullet from a gun so you end up with ketchup all over the table and a naked bacon butty!!
OMG! When did this become available. Squeezable Marmite, I'm in heaven.
I actually recently tried vegemite, it's disgusting, I couldn't believe it tastes so much different to Marmite.

Ah Roadways, Nice to find someone who agees with me. I bought it in Waitrose and the tub tells you not to keep it in the fridge, i guess being chilly makes it harder to squeeze.

You can drizzle it on you toast making interesting little patterns and you don't even need to get your knife dirty. Whoever came up with this deserves a knighthood.
eurgh. marmite = gross!

It's a brilliant idea!

It's always a nightmare getting the last bit out of the jar.

I love marmite!

I love my marmite, its the best thing ever on toast. Has anyone tried the Cheese and Marmite toasted Sandwiches from Starbucks? I nearly cried with ecstasy the first time I tried one, they have got it just right with the marmite to cheese ratio, if you love marmite you must seek one of these babies out :)
Can Marmite give you a yeast infection in the nether regions? I'm asking for a friend
How about butter / marge in a pritt-stick like dispenser, i think that'd be great for toast :o)
Squeezable Marmite is an abomination - it's just watered down Marmite. Would you water down your favourite bevvy? Do you water down your milk on your Weetabix? No, Marmite only comes in jars as far as I'm concerned. As for the 'difficulty' of keeping butter and crumbs from the jar, why would you do that?! I love the little crispy buttery bits left at the bottom of the jar - they add a whole new taste experience.

@Bearworld1 - If you choose to spread it in places other than your scrummy melted mature cheddar on buttered toast, who knows what may happen.
