Low calorie meal in pizza parlour

i am eating out this weekend at the local pizza/pasta/steak restaurant but am trying to watch my diet. What is the best type of meal to go for? I hate fish.

You could have a veggie pizza or Steak & Salad/Veg ??
What about pasta in a tomato or vegetable sauce? Not a creamy sauce cause they are loaded with cals and try and avoid things like garlic bread. Personally I find dieting fairly easy at home but as soon as I step in a restaurant i just want to indulge myself. pizza is one of my weaknesses - last week hubby and i took the kids to pizza hut for a buffet lunch and it was reallly hard limiting myself to 1 or 2 slices then filling up on salad while they all stuffed their faces.
Most of all - enjoy your night and remember if you do overeat a bit it's not the end of the world or your diet!
most places will let you ask for less salad dressing or less cheese on the pizza too - so you don't necessarily need to deny yourself a pizza!

Pizza hut will do a low fat cheese option or a half the cheese option (usually one or the other) margahrita with options such as peppers, chillis, onion and you could have a salad from the salad bar (minus the dressings etc)
