Where can you buy firm Tofu?. The supermarkets only seem to stock the runnier variety

I found some in Tesco last week, it was a new product.


Some health food shops also, like Julian Graves, stock it too.

if you live in a large city it most probably has a chinatown - go there - you should find it in a chinese grocer / supermarket in the chiller cabinet.
