Do you have to keep Baily's Irish Cream in fridge? If not, why so?

Thanks

Yes once opened it must be refrigerated as it has fresh cream in it.It will keep until the sell by date as stated on the bottle but once opened I never seem to have mine for very long.very moreish.!!!
Definitely keep it in the fridge, dancealot. It tastes so much better when it's cold, do you agree?
Blimey, I didn't know that !
I'm off to the fridge (via the booze cabinet)!!!

Thanks for your answers,..of to the fridge i go. And yes it is better cold. My boyfriend brought a bottle home and he said it doesn't say whether or not to refridgorate the bottle, I said he didn't have to because the alcohol content wouldn't let anything grow in it (or go bad). He thought I was just the smartest thing cause' I said that. Later on I thought about it, and I really didn't know if I was correct,.so I thought I'd ask all of you.
its even better with a generous shot of brandy with it....
I usually have some bailey's in the house. A bottle can sit for months and I've never refrigerated it!!! LOL I don't like it cold, it spoils the flavour and texture I think. Anyhoo, its always tasted just fine, and never gone off. Maybe I've just been lucky!
Don't waste fridge space on Baileys, get some Dooleys in there instead. Mmmmm..
i agree with The Katy - I always have Baileys in the house and have done for about twenty years. A bottle can last up to around 3 months. I've never kept it in the fridge and its always super duper !
Yup, once opened, keep Bailey's in the fridge. If vodka's your tipple, try keeping it in the FREEZER.
