my friend was telling me how much she loves refridgerator cake - was wondering what this is and if anyone has a good recipe for it?

this is a 'cake' that isn't cook, basically all the ingredients are mixed together and placed in a tin and then put in the refrigerator to set and harden. If you Google 'Refrigerator cake' you will get loads of hits make sure you have the correct spelling of refrigerator to get the hits. I have only made this once many years ago and wasn't that impressed by it to be honest which is why I haven't made it since.
