I wondered if someone could enlighten me (if you will pardon the pun!!) on what the * means placed next to slices of toast and bread roll. I have just downloaded the Slimmers World free 7 day trial, and I couldn't see what the star meant. Also what are the "syns" ?

is it something to do with your daily bread allowance, i.e you can have them, but remember to take them out of your allowance.


the "syns" are sins to you and me i.e the goodies!
