An Email Address For Aldi

I wasn't sure where to put this.  And it might appear twice !

Apart from.the forms online has anyone got an email address for Aldi please ? I want to make a complaint about one of their products.

Thank you Naomi  - I've seen that online - I just wondered if there was anything which might be more direct  and didn't require product numbers which need looking up.  Thanks anyway.

I had a look at the link, I put in "milk" as the product and it showed a list of items with, "milk" in their names to choose from.

Have a go, you really don't need to have much info to hand.

Very few large organisations make their email addresses directly available to the public.  It's done as a security measure to protect their servers.  (It's fairly easy for someone with malicious intent to program their computers to send millions, or even billions, of emails to the same address all at once.  That will result in the receiving server crashing and possibly putting the company's website offline).

So web forms are used instead because it's far harder to fill in and submit millions/billions of them simultaneously.  However the content of such a form still ends up in the recipient's email Inbox, so using one of them performs exactly thre same function as sending an email anyway.
