Working Out Fasted

Since I do not work till 5 pm most days, I should work on fasting. What I mean by this is that I will only eat before work and after working out for the day. I know I could not handle going more than 24 hours without food. This will motivate me to work out at a reasonable time and help me figure out food control and consumption so that I don't keep overeating or eating too late at night. Don't worry. My workouts are not too challenging, as I am just starting to get back into working out.

One last one before bedtime :

Sorry wrong thread please ignore me.
Here's a thought - try eating when you are hungry. Might stop you stressing about when you should eat and when you should fast.
You asked several questions before about fasting....think those answers covered it.
I'd just eat often and sensibly/ healthily and drink lots a water
You are over-thinking the whole thing. Eat when you are hungry, a low carbohydrate, high protein diet with plenty of vegetables.
You do seem to be obsessed with eating…
I was unwell recently with severe Vertigo and extreme Nausea - the thought of food was making me ill and I know most of you won't believe this but I couldn't eat for 4 weeks. Just lived on water Morning Noon and Night.

Don't feel anything different (but I do wonder why) - I have lost a stone and a half. Thank goodness appetite has now returned but I think - I did break out in quite a number of cold sores on my face - now I know it was because of no food. I should have been taking a vitamin tablet.
