Ned is right wee kaz sounds like u r not being satisfied by u r man - is this true ? or do u just have a vivid imagination?

Ned, I have to stick up (no pun intended) for my man in his absence otherwise who else would defend him and his todger? Mind you I have to say I do have a good imagination and yes Moe Szyslak I was exaggerating maybe a little but it certainly keeps me satisfied, my neighbours can testify to that!!
The walls in those new houses are awfully thin aren't they ?

Einstein is correct for a change (see alan titchmarsh). Spangles were 20 x 20 x 8mm fizzy sweets. You aren't thinking of Swizzler's Refresher bar are you - they are fizzy brightly coloured chewy bars that come in 6" and 10" lengths and are still available in Woolworths and all other good highstreet confectioners.
Question Author
Nope, defo not a refresher bar, but they are good too?
The correct name of th chewy 6" opal fruit like bar was a "splicer", not a spangle bar. They were great.

Thanks Leg of Lamb, you're right!! I can remember now, I can rest in peace!
There was also a chewy bar called a 'Striker' which came in illuminous colours and was available at the same time as spangles. Do you remember pacers? Hhhmmm minty...
Thank god! I thought I was going mad - nobody else I know remembers "spilcer" They were lovely...mmmmm
