What's For Dinner?

I've cut my finger so dinner will be delayed a little bit.

We're having steak, chips and peas with baked oyster mushroom, grilled tomatoes and baked whole shallots.

With tomato ketchup :-)

I'm having smoked haddock, new potatoes, green beans and peas. An easy meal but tasty

I don't know, Gness, I've never baked them before. I was thinking a dash of balsamic.

Just a vegan ham and cucumber sandwich for me. Little Tigs had a mini Chicago Town pizza.

We all had it back in January before anyone knew what it was, Son 2's girlfriend had been on a girls tour of Thailand, Vietnam Etc and came back poorly. The fit youngsters threw it off in a couple of weeks but I didn't start to feel anything like my normal self until mid August. I did get to France when the restrictions were lifted and I was no longer contagious but I could do nothing except sit and wheeze. When I got back I had to quarantine and found I was sniffling and coughing again - it has not been a good year...
