Intend to follow SW plans, but wonder what replaces the old red & green days ???

If you’ve done SW before following the red and green days then I’d continue with that.
In my opinion, the ‘new’ SW stuff is a way of them making money by getting people to buy the ‘new’ books.
Red and green days were very easy and very effective.

i fond the extra easy very, well, easy! you can still do red and green days of course :) i always found that it was difficult for me to do the red and green days because you couldnt have ordinary meals
