go to Amazon and type food blender and see what you like - you don't need loads of attachments. I have bought different gadgets and the majority get put to the back of cupboard

Oh Gawd yes - a big monstrosity to take all your cupboard room.
Is it just for soup stuff?
If so why not buy a soup maker as it does it all for you including cooking it and pureeing it.

I have this one
I've got 2 ninjas...very happy with both.
One is the £49.99 one. The second, bought on eBay, is similar to the £29.99 model. I wanted something powerful enough to make seed butter with...works brilliantly.

Magimix Le Micro.
A friend of mine in Belgium treated herself to the Magimix Cook Expert. It is certainly out of this world! The food she produced from it so effortlessly was quite fantastic. But then, so is the price; around £1150.00. Not yet being sold in the UK but you can get it on-line.
Great stocking-filler........damn big stockings!
