took it out of the freezer yesterday,can you give me an idea what to make with it.also when I cook it do I have to prick the bottom amd then blind cook it before I put in a filling???
BUT -what can I fill it with.

A quiche? I would always butter my dish/tray etc, put the pastry in, prick it, line it with paper and then put baking beans (you can use any old thing to line the paper with, dried pulses, rice etc). Bake for 10-12 mins. Remove paper, egg wash using just the yolk, back in for 3-4 mins.

Errr - why did you get the pastry out of the freezer without any idea as to what you were going yo use it for?????
