Well, I decided as it was now set up, I would head into Hull to go to Hobbycraft, after all I can now make sure Mr F is still in bed, and not on the floor, can't I?
Met up with youngest lad after an hour or so, and we both marveled at the technology.
Couple of checks later, and Mr F has NOT MOVED A MUSCLE !!
Son expresses the obvious thought.
Surely no one lays THAT still for 2 hours..

Have something moving so that you have a reference to tell you that the image hasn't frozen.

eg. a clock, a solar powered item etc.

Barmaid, it's a gadget SD and Gness told me about, I can see Mr F on my phone from where ever I am. It has stills, film, microphone and speakers as well.
Picture quality is excellent, and you can make it full screen, and then zoom in some more.
Around £36 from Amazon, and just a little pic on my phone to press and it turns on. Will see if I can find a linky.

Tuvok, yes he has rather a large alarm clock on the bedside table, I could see that keeping the correct time.
